ROAM marketing plan
PW Strategy was engaged to deliver a Marketing Plan for a new City of Greater Geelong immersive festival ROAM Geelong.
The Marketing Plan provided the City with clear direction for all stakeholders ensuring consistent alignment to the event purpose executed by clear marketing objectives, initiatives, and expectations. The delivery of the Marketing Plan is intended to be achieved through comprehensive and strategic planning, staff resourcing, clear budgeting and ongoing evaluation.
ROAM will be Victoria’s newest immersive arts event designed to engage audiences in a multi-sensory, interactive, and participatory experience. Weaving indoor and out, tucked down narrow laneways and in contemporary venues, the two-night Spring event in the Geelong CBD goes beyond traditional performances and exhibitions by integrating art, music, performance, technology, puppetry, First Nations storytelling, and striking installations that surround participants and evoke emotional, and physical involvement
