Guide Program Review

Following the development of an Audience Engagement Plan by PW Strategy, we were engaged for a 12-month project to support the Art Gallery of Ballarat in reimagining its volunteer Guide program.

The project involved deep engagement with stakeholders, including surveys, a series of design thinking workshops with Guides and the leadership team, international best practice research and analysis and the delivery of practical recommendations. The result is a refreshed approach to guiding—one that meets the changing needs and expectations of 21st-century audiences and positions the Gallery for the future.
